Equal pay and grading systems

     
  Abstract  
     
  This unit considers the vulnerability of institutions to equal pay claims. It discusses the steps they might take to reduce the risk of such claims, while at the same time implementing good employment practice. However measures taken to reduce the likelihood of equal pay claims carry other kinds of risk, which must be managed.
