Copyright and Fair Use
Copyright in the ARMED units is owned by, or is subject to licences granted to, the University of Bristol. In accordance with its agreement with the HEFCE, the University of Bristol hereby grants to UK higher and further education institutions (as defined in section 91(3) and (5) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992) an irrevocable and non-exclusive license to download and copy the materials for their own internal, non-commercial use.
It is a condition of this licence that no institution may assign or sub-license any rights granted by this licence, and in particular may not sell or otherwise dispose for value of any interest in the content of any unit.
Institutions wishing to use the materials for other purposes, and other organisations wishing to use the materials, should first seek approval from the University of Bristol by contacting XXX
