The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has published new guidance to help institutions identify appropriate charges for requests received under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR). This guidance explains, and helps institutions comply with, the charging regime laid out in EIR, and in particular what constitutes a reasonable amount.
