The Strategic Content Alliance (http://www.jisc.ac.uk/contentalliance) has produced a useful IPR toolkit covering the IPR background, practical tools, template policy statements, case studies and links to further reading. Its flowcharts and step-by-step guidance will be useful to colleges and universities formulating IPR policy or dealing with IPR issues.
