This webcast, that takes place on Thursday 05/11/09 - 2.00.pm to 4.00.pm, will highlight and clarify relevant legal issues with the creation and dissemination of Open Educational Resources. It will consist of a combination of presentations and question and answer sessions that provide practical and helpful guidance for institutions involved in OER work.
Presenters include members of the JISC Legal team and Naomi Korn, one of JISC’s IP consultants.
Audience
Although primarily for OER pilot projects from the open educational resources programme - supported by JISC and The Higher Education Academy - http://www.jisc.ac.uk/oer, it will also be of interest to programme managers, lecturers, tutors and support staff interested in copyright and OER production and distribution.
