The Lambert Working Group on Intellectual Property has a toolkit which aims to: facilitate negotiations between potential collaborators; reduce the time and effort required to secure agreement; and to provide examples of best practice.
The toolkit includes five model agreements each providing a variation on the theme of who owns, and has the right to exploit, the intellectual property in the results or outcome of a collaborative research project involving external sponsors and universities.
