The MLA (http://www.mla.gov.uk) is the national development agency working for and on behalf of museums, libraries and archives and advising government on policy and priorities for the sector. They have produced an online staff training package on libraries and disability. It includes a series of documents on how museums, archives and libraries can best meet their obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act.
