Digital Copyright with Confidence Webcast (06/05/2009)

Digital Copyright with Confidence - Webcast

Wednesday, 6 May 2009 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm

This recorded webcast is an opportunity to refresh your knowledge on how digital material can be used legally for teaching and learning. We examined in some detail the changes which have taken place with regard to licensing of digital content. In particular David Crook, the Account Manager for Higher Education with the Copyright Licensing Agency, explained what is now on offer with the Comprehensive HE Licence.

We regret to inform viewers that since this webcast was broadcast, JISC Legal has heard of the untimely death of David Crook, then Account Manager HE, for the CLA, in June 2010. We have decided to leave David’s valuable contribution as it is and the webcast has not been edited, as a tribute to David and his long association with the sector.

A streamed version of the webcast is now available here - http://video.strath.ac.uk/09/002-09-01.wvx.
