This one-day seminar, featuring Professor Charles Oppenheim and Emily Goodhand, will bring attendees up-to-date on recent developments in UK copyright law. Taking place at the CILIP headquarters in London, the event aims to give delegates the confidence to deal with practical issues they might encounter, and to answer questions from colleagues on topics such as orphan works, licences (including Creative Commons) and the significance of proposed legislative changes (including Hargreaves Review, Digital Economy Act and EU legislation). The seminar will be highly interactive, with a quiz, discussions and two Q&A sessions. Attendees are asked to submit questions in advance of the event.
