Think of a name .... we want your help!

JISC Legal is involved in the setting up of a new shared legal service for universities and (in future) colleges.

The service will be along similar lines to JISC Legal, but with a much wider remit - it won't restrict itself to particular areas of law, and it will offer specific legal advice and not just guidance.

Further details will follow in due course, but for now, what do we want your help for ... ?

The service needs a name, and to date, we haven't got one - so we thought we'd open the idea to the floor and invite a quick virtual brainstorm. We're looking for a name that's short - ideally a single word - and preferably not an acronym, though we're flexible on that if anyone has any brilliant ideas. And, of course, it will need to be a name that isn't already in use - but you can leave us to check that out.

We're afraid there's no reward here except creative satisfaction, but we're open to ideas. Email your suggestions to info@jisclegal.ac.uk by close of play on Thursday, 31 March.
