The Association of Research Ethics Committees (AREC) - www.arec.org.uk - are arranging a seminar on Digitisation - The Ethical Implications for Research and Researchers on Thursday 17th February 2011 from 1.45 pm until 5.00 pm at the BIS Conference Centre, 1 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0ET. The seminar has been designed to include discussion on the law as it struggles to keep pace with technical developments as well as ethical standards and the consequences of digitisation for research and researchers.
