The IPO has announced this competition to provide additional awards of funds to encourage and support projects which show innovative ways of managing intellectual property. The competition is aimed at Higher Education Institutions and Public Sector Research Establishments and has a total prize fund of £ 500,000, which will be awarded between a minimum of twelve different projects up to a maximum individual award of £ 100,000. They particularly welcome proposals which have potential for a wider impact in the management of IP and knowledge exchange.
