The Equality and Human Rights Commission has issued specific guidance on the Equality Act 2010 which will be in force from October this year. There are guidance documents for employers, workers, service providers service users and education providers. Guidance for students is due to be available later this month. The guide for education providers sets out how equality law will affect all FE and HE institutions.
