On 23 July 2010, JISC Legal's Jason Miles-Campbell will be presenting at the UKOER10 International Showcase, on the legal issues associated with Open Educational Resources and intellectual property. The overall session will raise understanding of the Creative Commons licences, review the legal issues in relation to the first round of pilot projects, and find positive ways forward for future OER dissemination.
